CEVICHE

ONE OF THE 5 MOST TYPILCAL FOOD FROM PERU BEST KNOWN AROUND THE WORLD


INGREDIENTS:

1 Kilo of Whitefish
1 Piece of Garlic
2 pieces of  Peppers without seeds, cut into strips
1 Cup of  Lemon Juice
1 Orion large onion, cut lengthwise

PREPARATION:

Wash the fish and cut into squares.Season with lemon juice, garlic, ground pepper, salt and pepper. Allow resting for an hour.Add the onion, pepper, celery and cilantro. Allow resting another hour

Ground pepper to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chopped celery to taste.
Chopped cilantro to taste.

Serve with lettuce and corn.
